Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
Summary: droplett is a platform that lets creators sell goods and services. We handle checkout, notifications and shipping labels. Creators are responsible for what they sell and for fulfilling orders. We are not the seller.
1. Who we are
droplett is operated by Droplett LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("droplett", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of droplett.com and any droplett storefront.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Creators and what they sell
Creators list and sell their own goods and services. droplett is a technology platform, not the seller, manufacturer, or provider of anything listed. The creator is the merchant of record for their sales and is solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of their listings, pricing and availability
- fulfilling orders, including shipping, delivery, pickup or attendance at booked appointments
- the safety, legality and quality of what they sell
- their own taxes, licenses and permits
4. Buyers
When you buy through droplett, your purchase contract is with the creator, not with droplett. We pass your order and delivery details to that creator so they can fulfill it. Questions about an order should go to the creator first; you can reach us if that fails.
5. Payments and fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. By selling on droplett you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
droplett charges no seller fee. A platform service fee and payment processing costs are shown to the buyer at checkout and added to the order total. Creators receive their listed price plus any shipping the buyer paid, less amounts owed for postage they purchase through droplett.
6. Shipping and postage
Shipping rates shown at checkout are quoted by carriers through our shipping provider based on the destination and the parcel details the creator supplies. Where a creator buys a label through droplett, the postage cost is theirs. Carriers, not droplett, are responsible for transit times and delivery.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Creators set their own refund practices and are responsible for honoring them. If a creator cancels a paid order, droplett will refund the buyer's payment to the original payment method. Refunds can take several business days to appear depending on the buyer's bank.
8. Prohibited items and conduct
You may not use droplett to sell anything illegal, to sell regulated goods you are not licensed to sell, to infringe someone else's intellectual property, to defraud buyers, or to send unsolicited messages to people on your notify list. We may suspend or remove any account or listing that breaches these Terms.
9. Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you upload. You grant droplett a non-exclusive license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform and your storefront.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of droplett. We aim to give notice of material changes to these Terms. Continuing to use droplett after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
droplett is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to droplett is limited to the greater of the fees we earned on the transactions giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or creates risk for buyers, other creators, or us. Outstanding payouts owed to you remain payable subject to any amounts you owe.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
