Creator Agreement

Last updated September 2026

Summary: You sell, you fulfill, you get paid. droplett takes no seller fee. You are responsible for your own products, services, taxes and customers.

1. Your relationship with droplett

You sell as an independent business. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, franchise or agency relationship between you and Droplett LLC. You decide what you sell, what you charge, and how you fulfill.

2. Your storefront

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including prices, quantities, availability, photos and descriptions. Keep availability current: a listing marked available should be one you can actually fulfill.

3. Fulfilment

  • Goods. Ship or hand over what was ordered, in the condition described, within a reasonable time. If you buy a label through droplett, the tracking number is shared with the buyer automatically.
  • Services and bookings. Honor the time the buyer booked, or contact them promptly to reschedule.
  • If you cannot fulfill an order, cancel it. Canceling a paid order refunds the buyer in full.

4. Money

Payments are collected by Stripe. Buyers are shown a platform service fee and processing costs at checkout; droplett charges you no seller fee.

When you get paid

Your payout is held until the order is finished, then released automatically:

  • Shipped orders — released once the carrier confirms delivery.
  • Pickup, delivery and bookings — released once you mark the order complete.

Once released, the money moves to your connected Stripe account and is paid to your bank on Stripe's normal payout schedule. Stripe usually holds the first payout on a new account for a week or two; that is Stripe's policy, not ours.

What you receive

Your listed price, plus any shipping the buyer paid, less the postage droplett fronted for any label you bought through the platform. If you choose a cheaper rate than the buyer paid for, you keep the difference. If you choose a more expensive one, the difference comes out of your payout.

Where you have chosen to cover shipping yourself, the postage is deducted from your payout in the same way.

Refunds and chargebacks

If an order is canceled before your payout is released, no money moves to you and the buyer is refunded in full. If it is canceled afterwards, the refunded amount is taken back from your Stripe balance, and may be recovered from later sales or your bank account if that balance is short.

5. Taxes and compliance

You are responsible for your own income taxes, sales tax collection and remittance where it applies to you, and for holding any licence or permit your products or services require. This includes food handling, cosmetics, and any regulated service.

6. What you may not sell

No illegal items, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit or infringing goods, recalled products, live animals, or anything you are not licensed to sell. No listings that mislead buyers about what they are getting.

7. Your customers

Buyer contact details and your notify list are provided so you can fulfill orders and announce drops. Do not sell, rent or transfer that data, and do not use it for unrelated marketing. Honor unsubscribe requests.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or remove a storefront that breaches this agreement, generates a pattern of unfulfilled orders or disputes, or creates risk for buyers. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.

9. Ending it

You can close your storefront at any time. You remain responsible for fulfilling orders already placed, or for refunding them.

10. The rest

This agreement sits alongside droplett's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Delaware law governs.
